Accounts Receivable and Collection Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage customer collections to ensure timely payments
• Resolve billing inquiries and reconcile accounts
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to address balances
• Maintain strong customer relationships and cash flow health
• Collaborate across Finance, Sales, Success, and Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Admin
• 2+ years in accounting, AR and/or collections
• Advanced collection techniques and billing knowledge
• ERP experience; NetSuite or Salesforce a bonus
• Attention to detail and time management
• Strong communication and Excel skills
