Job Description
📋 Description
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing visits to adult and geriatric clients in senior living
- Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, wound care, and physician-ordered treatments.
- Monitor client conditions and report changes to management.
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Document care and clinical activities using BAYADA EMR.
🎯 Requirements
- Current New Jersey RN license.
- Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical nursing experience.
- Home health or senior living experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills.
- Ability to travel throughout Somerset, Middlesex, Monmouth, and Union Counties.
