Senior NetSuite Applications Administrator

📋 Description

• Administer, sustain, and evolve Five9’s NetSuite deployment.
• Manage NetSuite Financials including GL, ARM, multi-book, AP/AR, fixed assets.
• Configure custom records, fields, forms, workflows, saved searches, and reports.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT to ensure platform stability.
• Assist period-end close, audits, and financial reporting needs.
• Support adjacent finance apps (Ramp, Coupa, HighRadius).

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with NetSuite and financial apps.
• NetSuite certification required.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite Financials and related modules.
• GAAP understanding; strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication; ability to work cross-functionally.
• Techno-functional mindset; comfortable with finance stakeholders and tech teams.
