📋 Description

• Maintain and repair production/packaging equipment to support on-time delivery with minimal
• Diagnose equipment to determine repair needs; perform repairs and document per cGMP and SOPs.
• Assist with setup/changeovers and maintain a clean, safe work area per EH&S policies.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate corrective actions to reduce defects and downtime.
• Provide guidance/training to less experienced mechanics on PMs and changeovers.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: 2-year Associate’s in Industrial Maintenance or related field with 2–3 years’ experience
• Technical: Electrical & Mechanical troubleshooting; proficiency with multiple industrial
• Essential: Detail-oriented, good hand-eye coordination, math skills, English communication
• Physical: Able to stand/walk continually; lift up to 40 lbs (men) / 35 lbs (women)
• Other: Basic Windows/Microsoft Office skills; independent work capability; familiarity with
