📋 Description

• Lead global Legal Operations for Brazil-based team; drive automation and management of contracts
• Define AI strategy for the Legal department and pilot tools to boost productivity and quality.
• Translate Legal needs into scalable operations; advise Legal and Leadership with cross-functional
• Oversee legal tech, templates, and knowledge bases; manage cross-functional projects with global
• Collaborate with Legal Leadership and partners (Business, Finance, Product) on strategic
• Shape and communicate a compelling operational roadmap aligned with global business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Law, Production Engineering
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in a legal context (contract review, legal research, workflow
• Experience with Salesforce CRM/CLM is a plus.
• Strong Excel proficiency.
• 7+ years in roles with comparable scope; at least 2 years leading a team.
• Experience evaluating and implementing Legal Ops tech, including AI tools; demonstrated
