Registered Nurse

📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing visits in designated senior living communities and territories.
• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
• Administer medications, provide wound care, and perform physician-ordered treatments.
• Monitor client conditions and communicate changes to the Clinical Manager or Client Services
• Follow, execute, and document physician orders accurately.
• Provide case management and coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other team members.

🎯 Requirements

• Current New Jersey RN license.
• Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical nursing experience.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Home health or senior living experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills.
