📋 Description

• Design and execute test strategies for Salesforce Agentforce.
• Test functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end validation across Salesforce environments.
• Validate Agentforce integrations with Salesforce Clouds and third parties.
• Test AI-generated responses and conversational experiences for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct conversational AI, chatbot, prompt, performance, and reliability testing.
• Validate Salesforce Data Cloud integrations and data quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Salesforce QA/manual testing or related role.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud
• Hands-on Agentforce with AI agent testing and prompt validation.
• Strong knowledge of functional, regression, API, data validation, performance, and AI testing.
• Experience testing AI-generated responses for accuracy and compliance.
• API testing with Postman and Salesforce Developer Console.
