📋 Description

• Lead configuration across HCM modules for core implementation.
• Manage a delivery team of functional/technical consultants.
• Own config-versus-customization decisions and forward compatibility.
• Manage risk to schedule, quality, and technical outcomes; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate release and deployment across nine environments under change control.
• Support agency site surveys and monthly status briefings.

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship required.
• Active Public Trust clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 8+ years in related work, 4+ years in consulting/leadership.
• Experience leading configuration teams on enterprise HCM/ERP implementations.
• Deep Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM functional/technical knowledge.
