Senior Nuclear Training Specialist

📋 Description

• Design and develop training programs per SAT to meet regulatory standards.
• Support licensed operator training and requalification program design.
• Lead client and fleet training delivery across domestic and international engagements.
• Build qualification standards, curricula, exams, and program infrastructure from scratch.
• Leverage AI-assisted content development to scale fleet-wide materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science or equivalent nuclear experience.
• 7+ years in commercial nuclear training with SAT experience.
• Strong knowledge of 10 CFR 50.120, 10 CFR Part 55, NUREG-1021, ANSI/ANS 3.1, INPO ACAD.
• Experience supporting INPO-accredited training programs (self-eval/accreditation).
• Ability to develop qualification standards and assessment instruments from scratch.
• Strong technical writing and stakeholder communication skills.
