Senior Manager, Engineering - Identity & Access Management

📋 Description

• Lead the IAM Platform engineering team and drive hiring, mentorship, and career growth.
• Deliver an enterprise-grade access management platform with SSO, MFA, SCIM, OAuth/OIDC, and RBAC.
• Set roadmaps with product/security and raise enterprise-grade standards.
• Run an AI-native team with agent-driven workflows, reducing manual reporting and meetings.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers, GTM, and security on access-control needs.
• Maintain operational excellence for high-blast-radius services and strong security boundaries.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years leading engineering teams.
• Identity and access management expertise: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWTs, MFA/2FA, SSO, SCIM
• Proven ability to use AI tools and agentic workflows to automate reporting and triage.
• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS and working with enterprise security/compliance.
• Track record building/scaling high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong architecture leadership, security-minded, and cross-functional collaboration.
