📋 Description
- Own the AeonR integrated assembly from design release to integration to shipment.
- Develop build processes to meet production targets and reduce build issues.
- Support production to deliver engines by resolving build issues and implementing feedback.
- Define and pilot long-term ERP, MES, and QMS solutions for high-quality manufacturing.
🎯 Requirements
- Degree in engineering or related technical field and 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills; able to write detailed work instructions and process plans
- Experience in startup or agile development environment
- Ability to work with and train technicians; experience leading a small team
- Familiarity with Additive Manufacturing, precision manufacturing, and associated inspection
- Experience in propulsion development program
