Deputy Lab Manager

📋 Description

• Manage daily laboratory operations and analytical activities.
• Coordinate with inspection and operational teams.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, ISO/IEC 17025, and HSE standards.
• Support the Laboratory Manager and ensure operational continuity.
• Supervise, coach, and develop laboratory personnel.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific discipline; 5–8
• Strong knowledge of petroleum test methods and ISO/IEC 17025 QA/QC practices.
• Technical: Proficiency with petroleum laboratory instrumentation, LIMS, data integrity; ability to
