📋 Description
- Oversee and manage electrical systems, equipment and processes within budget
- Provide technical leadership in electrical engineering and design compliance
- Lead and develop the electrical engineering team, ensuring clear goals and performance feedback
- Coordinate with senior leadership and other departments for timely decisions
- Drive asset strategy, maintenance and project delivery for uninterrupted plant operation
🎯 Requirements
- 10 years in chemical or oil and gas industry
- 5 years troubleshooting electrical networks incl. 33kV, HV motors, SCADA
- Knowledge of hazardous area classification, DEP & IEC standards
- Technical Authority Level3; experience with major industrial projects
