RMF Subject Matter Expert

📋 Description

• Lead RMF SME for the Wing Cyberspace Office (WCSO) on base enterprise systems
• Manage RMF lifecycle: Categorize, Select, Implement, Assess, Authorize, Monitor
• Develop and validate RMF artifacts in eMASS for DoD/AfIn compliance
• Guide ISSMs/ISSOs and system owners on ATO packages and continuous monitoring
• Ensure compliance with DoD, Air Force, NSA, NIST policies and directives
• Perform risk assessments and security control evaluations with mitigations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity/IT/CS or equivalent
• 10+ years in cybersecurity with RMF in DoD/federal env
• Experience with DoD RMF, ATO lifecycle, continuous monitoring
• Expertise in eMASS and RMF package management
• Knowledge of Air Force/DoD/Federal cybersecurity directives
• Hands-on security control assessments and POA&M tracking
