📋 Description
- Interface between client and Global Business Operations (GBO) to enable strategic initiatives.
- Lead design of clinical research processes with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Define business needs, planning, development, deployment, change management, and end user adoption.
- Ensure alignment with AbbVie Quality System and GXP-related regulations.
- Support initiative delivery and value realization in clinical trial execution.
🎯 Requirements
- BS or BA required; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare or regulated industry
- Leadership experience in a complex matrix environment
- Proven compliance/training strategy execution in fast-paced settings
- Strong knowledge of SOPs, ICH, Global Regulations, Ethics and Compliance
- Coaching/mentoring and effective communication in matrix organizations
