📋 Description

• Design and perform in vitro studies on drug candidates using primary human cells, organoids, and
• Analyze, interpret, and communicate quantitative data.
• Coordinate activities and present findings orally and in writing.
• Review scientific literature to inform experiments.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date research records.

🎯 Requirements

• BS or MS in Biological science with 7+ (BS) or 5+ (MS) years of relevant lab experience.
• Experience culturing primary human immune cells and organ/tissue cultures.
• Experience developing complex in vitro models (co-culture, 3D systems).
• Design experiments for cell signaling, proliferation, and mediator release.
• Expertise in ELISA/MSD, HTRF, PCR, and multicolor flow cytometry.
• Statistics skills; proficient in Excel and GraphPad Prism.
