🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years high-volume, multi-region payroll experience
• Expert-level ADP proficiency
• Experience with Hibob HRIS, Oyster Payroll, Activpayroll
• Strong eye for detail; can spot discrepancies in large data sets
• Clear, actionable communication for stakeholders and employees
• Collaborative mindset; comfortable cross-functional work; AI tooling experience
