Staff UX Designer

📋 Description

• Contribute to product end-to-end experience from framing to high-fidelity design.
• Own and evolve the Phoenix design system patterns and components.
• Lead user research guiding product decisions with qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate insights into actionable outcomes.
• Plan and conduct strategic research, usability testing, and KPI-driven design decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience with enterprise or SaaS UX work.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex, enterprise UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma and component-based design systems; hands-on with auto layout and prototyping.
• Experience contributing to and leading design system strategy and governance.
• Ability to communicate design strategy to stakeholders across leadership, product, and engineering.
