📋 Description

• The Client Relations Executives are the primary point of contact for all Eurofins Built Environment
• Must understand internal operations and service capability matrices of lab locations.
• Participate in the sales process, coordinating with the Sales Team to create accounts.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues related to projects and work status.
• Maintain up-to-date client account preference information.
• Coordinate with Laboratory Support for sample receipt and login.

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in Biology or related science REQUIRED
• 2-5 years customer service experience (preferred)
• Indoor Air Quality field experience preferred
• Laboratory setting familiarity preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Professional English proficiency (read/write/speak)
