📋 Description
- Contribute mechanical design/analysis to test, measure, deliver quality instruments
- Refine electro-mechanical components, tooling, test methods for robotic instruments
- Operate on high-volume manufacturing lines, create BOMs and work instructions
- Develop fixtures/tools, qualify hardware and software controls
- Analyze equipment performance, root cause issues, ensure reliability
- Support process validation and continuous improvement across production lines

- Strong communication with cross-functional teams
- Analytical troubleshooting and change management experience
- Experience with product/process changes, fast-paced projects
- Technical writing experience
