🎯 Requirements

• 3 years as Technical Director/Lead on casual games
• 5+ years Unity experience
• Proven track record in mobile casual games
• Experience creating, growing, leading engineering teams
• Creative, innovative mindset; strong problem solving
• Excellent communication; comfortable coding when needed
