Lead UX Designer (Product Design)

📋 Description

• Lead product design for AI-powered experiences across web, desktop, and mobile
• Collaborate with Head of Product, PMs, and engineers to translate needs into intuitive interfaces
• Advance design systems and repeatable AI-enabled design practices
• Own initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration
• Mentor other designers when appropriate while maintaining hands-on work
• Balance user empathy with business and technical constraints

🎯 Requirements

• Significant UX/Product design experience at Senior/Staff/Lead level
• Compelling portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of complex product experiences
• Strong interaction, UX, and visual design for web and mobile
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Proven use of AI in design processes and AI-powered product design
