📋 Description
- Hardware setup, software loading, and firmware updates to ensure deployment-ready devices
- Maintain inventory accuracy and configuration quality standards
- QA checks to verify firmware/software accuracy before release
- Collaborate with shipping/deployment teams to meet order timelines
- Identify process improvements to reduce errors and lead times
- Adhere to SOPs, SLAs, and checklists to deliver high-quality work
🎯 Requirements
- Proven knowledge of Android OS, POS hardware, and configuration processes
- Hands-on experience with EloView, Paxstore, ChefTab, and FreshKDS
- Strong organization, accuracy, and documentation skills
- Troubleshooting ability for basic configuration issues
- Understanding of warehouse inventory systems and data accuracy
- 2–3 years in customer success or related roles; fintech/SaaS experience preferred
