📋 Description

• Lead an engineering team building core platform software for high-performance, enterprise storage.
• Own strategy and execution for Linux kernel integration, hardware enablement, and NVMe fabric
• Partner with Product, Hardware, and Release Engineering to deliver high-quality releases.
• Drive architecture alignment to maximize platform performance and reliability.
• Mentor engineers and grow a high-performing systems software team.
• Collaborate to convert architectural requirements into scalable execution plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering Management & Leadership: proven ability to lead, coach, and grow software teams
• Systems & Storage Architecture: deep experience in Linux kernel development or low-level
• SDLC & Quality Delivery: hands-on mastery of full software lifecycle, Agile, and CI strategies
• Core Systems Programming: strong C/C++ skills and automation scripting; problem-solving in
• Work Location: in-office in Santa Clara, CA, compliant with company policies.
