📋 Description

• Own the quality and efficiency of Cortex Code end to end.
• Take agents from prototype to production for real coding and data-engineering workflows.
• Drive down cost and latency without regressing quality through techniques like prompt caching and
• Debug production failures and improve robustness with regression tests.
• Build data pipelines feeding insights back into evals and modeling.
• Onboard frontier models and decide deployment placement in the product.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Statistics or related field; Master’s or higher preferred.
• 6+ years shipping software in production, including AI/LLM features.
• Fluency in Python, TypeScript, or Go, and willingness to work across all three.
• Measurement-first, systems-thinking mindset; optimize for user outcomes and design robust evals.
• Comfort debugging complex, real-world failures.
• Strong communication to convey results to engineers, product, and leadership.
