📋 Description

• Role focuses on resolving billing issues and fraudulent use of services with customers/partners.
• Hybrid of financial investigation, root cause analysis, and strategic dispute negotiation.
• Analyze billing discrepancies, investigate AIT/IRSF, and manage data-backed dispute cases.
• Build dashboards to communicate metrics and drive action.
• Coordinate with data analytics, engineering, and accounting to reconcile accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in telecom billing, revenue assurance, wholesale SMS billing settlements, or CPaaS fraud
• Strong written and verbal communication; experience negotiating disputes.
• Experience in collections, dispute resolution, or billing analysis; project management.
• Data wrangling with Excel/Google Sheets, Looker, or SQL.
