📋 Description
- Partner with CFOs, controllers, and finance leads to navigate growth and improve ops.
- Lead engagements on financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
- Drive finance transformation and scalable finance functions for diverse clients.
- Work with middle-market, founder-led, and PE-backed companies; roll up sleeves as needed.
- Collaborate with client teams to implement practical solutions and drive results.
- Mentor consultants and contribute to practice growth through client service.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in accounting, finance, CAAS, public accounting, or consulting.
- CPA or MBA/MS in Finance required.
- Experience with growing, private equity-backed or founder-led orgs preferred.
- Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and ops.
- Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships.
- Experience mentoring and developing team members.
