• Execute visual, commercial, and styling curation per guidelines for the store
• Coach and develop store team to deliver great customer experience
• Collaborate with Store Management and Area Visual Manager on workload and activations
• Launch global campaigns and sales activities on time
• Maintain garment care, stock levels, and allocation input
• Ensure visual and commercial standards across the store

• Experience in visual and commercial presentation in a dynamic retail env
• Knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practices
• Ability to analyze selling data and weekly reports
