🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data science, growth analytics, experimentation, or similar roles in high-growth
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Deep understanding of experimentation, causal inference, forecasting, and KPI design.
• Experience with dashboards, data visualization, and modern data stacks (dbt, Snowflake).
• Ability to work autonomously on ambiguous projects and influence decisions with data.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
