Job Description
📋 Description
- Own the vehicle platform end-to-end: networking, time synchronization, sensor drivers, middleware
- Architect and deliver full-system platform capabilities from prototypes to production on heavy
- Integrate cross-functional internal teams into cohesive, product-ready platforms for customer use
- Interact with customers to identify use cases and drive integrations to deployment
- Lead and coordinate a team of engineers, prioritizing workstreams and managing dependencies
- Design test rigs and validation infrastructure for end-to-end testing and on-vehicle validation
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in robotics, systems integration, or platform software with technical leadership
- Bachelor's or Master's in CS, CE, Robotics, Electrical Eng, or related
- Hands-on robotics stack experience: sensors/drivers, networking/time sync, middleware (ROS 2, DDS)
- Strong C/C++ on Linux, debugging/testing real-time systems
- Experience with vehicle actuation and low-level controls (drive-by-wire)
- Strong understanding of electronic systems, instrumentation, and debugging
