🎯 Requirements

• Backend web apps/services with Ruby and GraphQL experience or ability to learn.
• Strong grasp of relational DBs, SQL, data modeling and caching.
• Experience with policy/permissions features in web apps.
• Backend tests and Git/code review familiarity.
• Experience using AI coding tools and reviewing AI output.
• Clear English communication in remote/asynchronous setups.
