🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software/Electrical Eng, Data Science, or related field
- 10+ years delivering complex software systems, with 7+ in a technical program management role
- Proven ability to manage large, ambiguous technical programs and coordinate across teams
- Strong English communication and mentoring skills; ability to reduce ambiguity and drive decisions
- Experience with cloud IaaS/PaaS (AWS/Azure) and enterprise SaaS is a plus
