📋 Description

• Define and expand antibody discovery platforms in BTX
• Develop client relationships through technical leadership
• Guide portfolio strategy, new growth areas, and tech planning
• Lead scientific community to boost brand and industry reputation
• Set unit R&D objectives and lifecycle management
• Provide technical leadership to lab operations, biz dev, and marketing

🎯 Requirements

• B.S./M.A./M.S. with 12+ yrs or Ph.D. with 7+ yrs relevant experience
• Senior-level antibody discovery experience across hybridoma, B- and plasma cell work, V-region
• Antibody engineering, humanization, germlining, CDR-scanning, affinity maturation
• Molecular cloning (restriction enzymes, Gibson, LIC)
• DNA/RNA extraction and handling; NGS data analysis
• Strong client/external relationship development and scientific proposal skills
