📋 Description
- Design and own LLM-powered agents end-to-end for internal tooling and customer features.
- Build agent workflows and RAG architectures for team use.
- Operate MCP servers exposing data as tools for AI models.
- Define testing, reliability, and on-call quality practices.
- Stand up evaluation pipelines and prompt-versioning to improve reliability and cost/quality.
- Lead design reviews and mentor across the team.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years software engineering with production AI/agent systems.
- Expert Python and service development (async, FastAPI, Pydantic v2).
- GenAI/LLM experience with RAG architectures and agent workflows.
- Strong AWS engineering (Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, API Gateway).
- Hands-on tooling: LangChain/LangGraph, MCP, tool servers.
- Terraform/IaC and containerized CI/CD delivery.
