- Partner with business owners, CFOs, Controllers, and finance leaders to navigate growth and
- Lead engagements to build scalable finance functions, improve reporting, forecasting, and
- Work across middle-market, founder-led, and PE-backed companies, delivering practical solutions.
- Take a hands-on, multi-hat approach to solve complex business challenges and implement changes.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in accounting, finance, CFO advisory, CAAS, public accounting, or consulting.
- CPA required or MBA/MS in Finance preferred.
- Experience with growing, middle-market or PE-backed organizations; strong accounting &
- Ability to lead projects, manage client relationships, mentor teams, and drive business development.
- Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and finance operations.
