CFO Advisory Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with business owners, CFOs, Controllers, and finance leaders to navigate growth and
• Lead client engagements on financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, cash flow, and finance
• Provide hands-on financial leadership, including interim finance leadership when needed.
• Develop practical solutions with client teams and drive successful implementations.
• Support growth periods, system implementations, financings, and acquisitions.
• Mentor and develop consultants and senior associates; contribute to practice growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, CFO Advisory, CAAS, public accounting, or consulting.
• CPA or MBA/MAcc/MS in Finance required.
• Experience with growing, middle-market, PE-backed, or founder-led organizations preferred.
• Strong foundation in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, and cash flow
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage client relationships, and solve complex problems.
• Experience mentoring and developing team members.
