- Own and improve CX platform tooling: Zendesk, Vitally, and integrations
- Configure, automate, integrate, and maintain systems used by support and CS teams
- Plan work from scoping to production with testing, docs, and ownership
🎯 Requirements
- Strong platform operations experience in CX or CS
- Hands-on Zendesk experience in production support
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, integrations, and automation
- Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows in support and success
- Ability to work asynchronously with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and spoken English
