• Temporary Global Collections Specialist to cover parental leave
• Focus on billing ops and timely AR collections
• Ramp quickly, build cross-functional relationships, maintain accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Fundamental accounting knowledge
• Minimum three years accounts receivable experience
• Experience resolving customer inquiries or billing disputes
• NetSuite and Salesforce experience in a SaaS business desired
• Tesorio experience a plus
• Experience with Stripe and/or Cloud Marketplace providers (GCP, AWS, Azure) a plus
