📋 Description

• Lead finances, BD, ops, and team mgmt for the group
• Ensure proposals and contracts are in place
• Review and sign off on project budgets before execution
• Manage org charts; review forecasts and staffing with regional ops
• Oversee group operations with the Operations Manager
• Maintain positive culture and team wellbeing

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in interior design
• Experience leading a team or studio
• Proposals experience
• Experience developing and maintaining client relationships in local market
• Registered Interior Designer, Licensed Architect, or NCIDQ certification strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
