Electrical Engineer, Silicon Reliability Test (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Own package- and wafer-level reliability qualification for high-volume production
• Plan, develop, execute reliability test campaigns per JEDEC standards
• Develop and procure custom test hardware, fixturing, burn-in boards, chambers
• Design PCBs and electrical interfaces for test fixtures and monitoring
• Develop Python scripts to control test equipment and log telemetry
• Analyze reliability data and drive design/process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronics engineering
• 1+ years in semiconductor or high-reliability industry
• Masters/PhD in related field preferred
• HTOL, TDDB, EM, HCI wafer-level tests experience
• Experience in custom test hardware, burn-in boards, fixturing
• PCB design for test fixtures or high-reliability apps
