📋 Description

• Design and develop LLM-powered recommendation and personalization systems for financial/Web3
• Explore and build agentic AI systems leveraging internal data, APIs, tools, and capabilities for
• Develop and optimize tool routing, retrieval, planning, and multi-step reasoning for LLM agents.
• Post-train LLMs (SFT, RL, etc.) to improve recommendation quality and task completion.
• Build datasets, benchmarks, and evaluation pipelines for LLM systems.
• Prototype LLM/Agent workflows and integrate into production.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong foundation in ML/NLP, information retrieval, recommendations, or LLMs.
• Experience with at least one area: LLMs/post-training; recommender systems; LLM agents and
• Familiar with SFT, RL, DPO/GRPO-style optimization, prompt engineering, function/tool calling
• Understanding of embedding-based retrieval, learning-to-rank, personalization, user modeling, or
• Strong Python programming and PyTorch experience.
• Ability to run independent experiments and translate ideas to production.
