Job Description
📋 Description
- Analyze tech & operational data to guide R&D/product roadmaps
- Prepare briefs/presentations for CTO and leadership
- Drive execution of priority R&D & tech initiatives with cross-functional teams
- Own trackers, dashboards, status updates to keep projects on schedule
- Identify risks, dependencies, and escalate appropriately
- Lead/support ad hoc projects across R&D, operations, and external relations
🎯 Requirements
- PhD required; Electrical, Mechanical, Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering or related
- Experience with medical devices preferred
- Strategic consulting or business strategy/ops exposure in MedTech
- Strong PM and organizational abilities
- Ability to conduct independent product research (literature, interviews, analysis)
- Ability to bring structure to complex questions and create actionable frameworks
