Senior Technical Project Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead requirements gathering and solution design for assigned areas within Connect by Dimagi.
• Coordinate across workstreams in an agile team with developers, health professionals, and PMs.
• Use AI-powered tools to investigate issues, accelerate analysis, generate and test hypotheses, and
• Design integrations between Dimagi products and data systems; assess interaction models and
• Identify risks and trade-offs early; propose practical, timely solutions.
• Contribute to rapid ramp-up on new platform features and share learnings with the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a technical or delivery role delivering complex software requirements.
• Experience leading solution design for workstreams and delivering high-quality implementations with
• Comfort with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for investigation, analysis, documentation
• Strong analytical ability with experience running data analysis to inform design improvements.
• Experience with software integrations and understanding data models within a broader ecosystem.
• Ability to collaborate in dynamic cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
