Lead Environmental Health & Safety Engineer, Safety Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead and manage day-to-day activities and performance of the EHS Safety Engineering team, incl.
• Oversee budgets for Safety Engineering programs across IH, Ergonomics, Equipment Safety, and
• Develop engineering-based solutions to improve workplace safety and reduce incidents.
• Review new safety rules and provide technical guidance to management and teams.
• Provide training and coaching on IH assessments, JHAs, PHAs, safe work procedures, and permits to
• Lead multi-disciplinary safety reviews to drive EHS performance across disciplines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years in EHS program design and operation with safety engineering focus.
• 3+ years leadership in technical/engineering teams.
• Experience with OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, RIA standards.
• Preferred CSP, CIH, CPE or equivalent.
• Willing to relocate to Bastrop, TX; able to travel and work extended hours.
