📋 Description
- Operate FA and reliability test equipment for root-cause investigations
- Document test results and data per procedures
- Communicate test issues with engineers and specialists
- Support day-to-day lab ops for Starlink microelectronics products
- Assess, troubleshoot and maintain test equipment (thermal chambers, HAST, cycling)
- Perform sample prep, soldering, PCBA rework, cross-sectioning as needed
🎯 Requirements
- 1+ years in production, manufacturing, or technical lab
- 2+ years microelectronics quality, reliability, or failure analysis
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in technical/engineering field
- Experience with soldering and PCBA rework practices
- Familiar with JEDEC, IPC, or AEC-Q200 standards and environmental testing
- ISO 9001 quality management experience; able to work in fast-paced lab
