Senior Full-stack Engineer (React/Node) (Backend-Focused) - Real Estate - LATAM

📋 Description

• Own full lifecycle of product features: DB schema design, backend, frontend, production monitoring.
• Design and maintain scalable event-driven, distributed systems with reliability and data
• Develop complex PostgreSQL queries, migrations, and transactional workflows for high-performance
• Build integrations with third-party systems via webhooks, queues, retry, and reconciliation.
• Implement reliability patterns: idempotency, DLQs, outbox, fault-tolerant processing.
• Create responsive UIs with React and Next.js.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Full-Stack Engineer delivering production apps end-to-end.
• TypeScript and Node.js proficiency.
• React and Next.js advanced experience.
• PostgreSQL expertise: raw SQL, migrations, performance analysis.
• Experience designing/maintaining event-driven, distributed systems.
• Reliability patterns: idempotency, retry, DLQs, outbox, reconciliation.
