📋 Description

• Lead and mentor Solution Architects and engineering teams; set standards, governance, direction.
• Define architecture strategies, roadmaps, modernization, transformation initiatives.
• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of scalable enterprise apps on Appian.
• Drive integration via APIs, microservices, Spring Boot, Kafka, automation.
• Design secure, highly available web/mobile apps across AWS and hybrid clouds.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Solution Architecture, software leadership, or related fields.
• 3–5+ years leading architecture practices or engineering teams.
• Proven design of large-scale digital platforms and cloud-native solutions.
• Expertise in Appian, enterprise dev, workflow, integration, modernization.
• Strong AWS architecture experience; secure, scalable, resilient solutions.
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, Spring Boot, Kafka; DevOps/CI-CD.
