📋 Description

• Develop, test, document, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications, integrations, features, and
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
• Design reusable workflow frameworks and automate manual processes.
• Participate in code reviews, maintain code quality, security, and test coverage.
• Execute test plans and support QA throughout dev, test, deployment, and release.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and tech teams across full development lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent experience, 5+ years in ITSM or ServiceNow.
• 3+ years software development and 2+ years hands-on ServiceNow development.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and CSDM.
• CSA and CAD certifications required.
• At least 2 years JavaScript experience with reusable code and automated tests.
• Experience with ITSM/CMDB/HR modules and REST/SOAP API integrations.
