• Identify compelling moments in streams, tournaments, and partner content for drama, humor, or
• Build a bank of source material for current and future formats
• Apply briefs on hooks, pacing, and payoff; contribute ideas to improve edits
• Incorporate performance data into future edits
• Manage high-volume content production with deliverables on deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio of short-form content with strong reach/engagement, ideally in iGaming/poker/gaming or
• Ability to explain why previous content performed well
• Strong understanding of poker moments (hands, bluffs, reactions)
• Experience sourcing content from large raw footage and selecting moments
• Fluency with modern video-editing tools and AI-powered editing aids
• Proven ability to produce high-volume content while maintaining quality
