📋 Description

• Join Treasury Operations to manage day-to-day payment ops, liquidity, and banking partner
• Execute payment workflows and collaborate with Product/Engineering to launch new rails.
• Handle treasury and banking operations including funding, balance monitoring, and liquidity
• Process customer payments across fiat rails with timely, compliant settlements.
• Investigate payment issues with root-cause analysis and partner coordination.
• Coordinate with compliance, legal, and finance for regulatory requests.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in payment/treasury operations or banking with money movement experience.
• Proficiency with ACH and multi-rail processing; AAP or NACHA preferred.
• 1-2 years building/vendor/banking relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Detail-oriented, able to balance priorities in high-volume ops.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range: $106,210 – $111,800 USD (excluding equity/bonus).
